Welcome & Introduction
Servant leadership seeks to transform traditional managerial and employee interactions by replacing the hierarchical, dominative model with a more collaborative and inclusive framework. This approach emphasizes the role of leaders as servants first, prioritizing the needs of their team members and the organization. Leaders practicing servant leadership focus on fostering creativity, empowering individuals to reach their full potential, and promoting the overall well-being and development of their team. This philosophy is deeply rooted in values such as humility, compassion, empathy, and care, often associated with Christian ethical principles, although its application extends well beyond religious contexts. By placing the success and growth of others at the forefront, servant leadership aims to create a supportive, innovative, and high-performing workplace culture.

How does Covenant University Online work?
Covenant University Online is a work at your own pace online platform. Each course equates to one month. Each course begins on the first Monday of every month. All assignments, quizzes, exams and term papers are due by the 28th of every month. Once your application has been received and approved you will receive an email with your login information.
Tuitions are due on the 1st of every month. Once you have received your login information please login through the “My Account” tab and scroll down towards the bottom. There, you will be able to see the courses that are available. You may also go to covenantuniversityonline.com and click on the “All Courses” tab at the top of the page. Once you have purchased your course and you have been approved, you will receive an email stating your enrollment in the course. Following this you will then be able to sign in and access your course through the “My Account” page at the top of the covenantuniversityonline.com website.
